Fabulous Beast's debut performance at Sadler's Wells, Rian, opened last night with unanimous praise from audience and reviewers alike - Ismene Brown of The Arts Desk even urges us to increase our overdrafts and go (read her review here). Expect infectious music, infectious dancing, and a whole lot of the colour green.

Press night isn't till tonight, however we've seen plenty of excited feedback on this show, which has been eagerly awaited ever since the taster excerpt at Sadler's Wells Sampled in January of this year. Even FT's Clement Crisp has declared himself a fan - and with leading roles from Tommy Franzén, Lizzie Gough and Teneisha Bonner, you've got absolutely no reason not to go.

Fresh from their enormous successes at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, 2Faced Dance visit London with a triple-bill of their signature break-infused works, choreographed by Tom Dale, Freddie Opuku-Addaie, Tamsin Fitzgerald. The Stage has called them "One of the UK's finest male dance companies at its best" - this is your chance to see why.

In a change to the original programme, this show features a duet by Nigel Charnock about a tempestuous relationship, and a duet by Louise Lecavalier to songs by Iggy Pop. If you saw La La La Human Steps at Sadler's Wells last month, expect to see more of the explosive high-powered choreography. If not - then you're in for a treat!
