Cloud Dance Festival is heavily oversubscribed, so to make things easier for you and for us, we've produced application guidance notes, which we encourage all applicants to read before applying.

The most important thing to be aware of is that we will not accept applications without supporting footage. We would prefer the footage to be of the piece in question, where possible, and we will not accept showreels or edited highlights. We will also not accept applications without a completed application form. 

We do not accept pieces over 20 minutes in length.

We want the festival to be the best possible experience for all participants, so our production values are extremely high - as are our costs. Therefore, we are not in a position to pay any of our participants, and we require them to guarantee a minimum number of ticket sales each. This is also because we put a lot of work into promoting our artists, so we'd rather work with people who actively want their work to be seen.
