We're very sorry to announce that our planned November festival will not be going ahead.

We had approached a certain theatre in December of last year, finally met with them in February, and it was only after four months of chasing them that they finally informed us that our dates were no longer available. Their delay meant that it would be impossible for us to find alternative space at such short notice; we have approached over 20 theatres in the few months since then but all have been fully-booked for the end of this year.

For those of you to whom this may sound familiar, this is the third consecutive year that we have lost our November booking!

In addition, our last festival Firefly reinforced that we cannot keep producing festivals without financial support and/or partnerships. This means we will be unable to plan any more festivals until either or both have been secured.

To reassure you that we'll still be around in the meantime, we've been recruiting some writers to blog about the dance world, and I've started a "What To See" column, recommending the dance highlights and upcoming performances from our past performers. You can read them here and we'll be adding more bloggers over the next few weeks.

We will of course update you as things change, and we're very very disappointed not to be able to proceed with the exciting lineup we'd planned for you for this November's festival!
