Morgann began choreographing at school, winning the Central School of Ballet Choreography Award in 2002 and 2003. Since she has graduated she has created works for The Curve Foundation Dance Company, Ballet Central and several works for Nottingham Youth Dance. She has been, creating work for Ballet of Ireland since 2005, making over eight works for the company.

Her works have been performed at the Tate Modern, Royal Opera House 2, National Concert Hall Dublin and The Royal Academy of Music and The Place Theatre, London, Prejlocaj Theatre, Marseille, and been toured nation wide in UK and Ireland.
