Sunday 17 November. Anthony Middleton, previously a dancer with companies such as Balletboyz and Motionhouse Dance Theatre, formed 'theMiddletonCorpus' in 2011. His work is built upon his own highly dynamic, yet fluid and seamless, movement vocabulary that encorporates Middleton's dance experience but also his experience as an international Acrobatic Gymnast.
Avatâra Ayuso trained in ballet and Linguistics (BA and MA, Universidad Complutense de Madrid) before moving to London in 2004, where she obtained a Certificate in Higher Education at LCDS. In 2008, she obtained a Master Klass in Professional Dance by Palucca Schule Dresden. She was part of the D.A.N.C.E. programme where she worked and performed internationally under the artistic direction of William Forsythe, Wayne McGregor, Frédéric Flamand and Angelin Preljocaj.
Friday 15 & Sunday 17 November. Jo Meredith trained at London Studio Centre and the London Contemporary Dance School. She has worked as a dancer for dance companies including National Dance Company Wales (formerly Diversions), Maiden Voyage and Combination Dance and as a freelance artist for choreographers including Drew McOnie, Lucy Burge, Kate Flatt, Adam Hougland and Susie Crow. She took part in the UK tour and Broadway transfer of Didy Veldman's Peter and the Wolf and was part of Wayne McGregor's Dancelines programme at the Royal Opera House. Last year she was swing on Will Tuckett's Wind in the Willows at the Linbury Studio Theatre and is delighted to be returning for the show's West End transfer.
Born in Ugie, South Africa. Previous to joining Rambert, Mbulelo choreographed for Dance For All and Cape Town City Ballet. He joined Rambert in 2007 and has created works for Rambert Season of New Choreography and the Rambert Summer Schools. Mbulelo is a young choreographer who is interested in movement and physical theatre.
